Leon Glenn has graciously agreed to head up the new landscaping
team and garden club. This group will meet a few
times a year to help with the landscaping of the neighborhood entrances and
common area.
Our first meeting will be on Tuesday, August 16th at 6304 Inverness
Dr, starting at 7pm. This first meeting will be held to share ideas
for redesigning the entrance flowerbeds. We would also love to have those
who have an interest in gardening join our team to share ideas, talk about
your favorite seeds or perennials, and act as a service to the neighborhood
for gardening questions via email. So, whether you’re a master gardener or

GAS WELL DRILLING
As of early July, the city of NRH indicated that Chesapeake
is still in the process of providing all of the paperwork required
to commence meetings among the city, Chesapeake,
and homeowners. There is a three step process that they
follow:
1. All homeowners less than 600 ft. from proposed wells will
receive a notice from city advising of meeting with PLANNING
& ZONING COMMITTEE.
2. All homeowners less than 600 ft. from proposed wells will
again receive a notice from city advising of meeting with
CITY COUNCIL.
3. All homeowners less than 600 ft. from proposed wells will
again receive a notice from city advising of meeting with
PERMIT BOARD.
In addition, signs will be posted so that all our homeowners
are aware of dates and times, so that if they choose, they
too can attend any or all meetings. We expect meetings to
start sometime near the end of July or early August.
